About Anna

Anna is a Clinical Mental Health Intern at Seven Corners Psychotherapy. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She enjoys working with children, teens and adults. Naturally patient and empathetic, Anna focuses on creating a supportive therapeutic relationship in order to produce a safe space for self awareness and self acceptance for her clients. Her theoretical orientation is based on a person-centered approach and she enjoys using a variety of techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioral, play therapy and acceptance therapy. 

Experience & Expertise

Anna has experience working in schools teaching at all grade levels, proctoring exams and coaching team sports. She enjoys her interactions with students and finds joy in their growth and learning. She also has enjoyed working with parents and offering insight and assistance as needed. She has raised three adult children and fully understands parental angst. 

Current Availability

Anna is currently accepting new clients both in person and virtually, depending on the needs of the client. She has availability on Wednesdays from 12 - 5 and Thursdays.
