PDA Parenting Support Groups (Virtual)

PDA Parenting Support Groups (Virtual)

Led by Sarah Harig, LPC, RPT-S

Investment: Equity Pricing ($100, $150, or $200 per family)

Raising a child with Persistent Drive for Autonomy (PDA) can feel overwhelming and isolating. You don’t have to navigate it alone. This supportive, neurodiversity-affirming group is designed to help parents better understand the neurobiology and nervous system differences that shape PDA, while learning practical, compassionate strategies to support their child’s daily functioning, communication, and relationships.

Each group session includes:

30 minutes of guided learning using a curated, research-informed curriculum on PDA

60 minutes of group discussion and connection with other parents who truly understand

You’ll gain tools to:

Support your child’s access to learning, relationships, and regulation

Reduce power struggles using nervous-system-informed approaches

Connect with your child without losing yourself in the process
